Photography & Media Release
Destiny Ecumenical Fellowship, INC reserves the rights without prior consent to use photography, videography, and or other digital media in all of its publications, including web-based publications without payment or other considerations. All photos, videography, digital media, and etc become the property of the Destiny Ecumenical Fellowship, and will not be returned.
You hereby authorize Destiny Ecumenical Fellowship to edit, alter, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purposes when taking a photo or attending one of our events or services.
In addition you waive the right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of any image, and hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge Destiny Ecumenical Fellowship, INC and its members, officers, directors, administration, representatives, and executors or any other person acting on your behalf.
Membership Resources
The resources provided by Destiny Ecumenical Fellowship its partners and affiliates are only available to active members who are found in good standing within the fellowship and whose dues/assessments are paid in full. Full membership resources become available after a 90-day probationary period. DEF reserves the right to cancel membership privileges to a member who is not considered active or whose dues/assessment is not met. Membership resources are non transferable and non-refundable to outside individuals. Any member caught sharing membership resources can be fined and/or terminated from the fellowship.
Application & Acceptance
Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to deny an application and terminate membership if falsification or misleading information is found.
General Liability Waiver
Upon joining, each member waives and holds harmless Destiny Ecumenical Fellowship Inc., and its directors, members, managers, owners, representatives, officials, employees, affiliates, vendors, and contractors from any liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, and lawsuits as a result of membership and/or participation within this organization. Members understand their rights to arbitration if necessary, if matters are not resolved in a timely, orderly, and Christ-like manner.
The full waiver appears in the membership packet and must be signed as part of the application.
Background Checks & Privacy
By signing the background check authorization, applicants consent to Destiny Ecumenical Fellowship INC. obtaining local and national criminal background records, all 50 state sex offender registry results, a full address trace, and Social Security verification, along with any subsequent background checks deemed necessary throughout the length of membership.
Any person, firm, or organization providing information or records in accordance with this authorization is released from any and all claims of liability for compliance. Such information will be held in confidence in accordance with the organization’s guidelines. Your information is held in the strictest confidence and will not be sold or transferred; however, we reserve the right in life-threatening situations to pass your info to the local authorities.
